Ensuring the continuity and correct functioning of the infrastructure and technical equipment in the office as well as supporting the administration department.
First level support for any AV/printer/technical issues and if necessary, escalate tickets accordingly.
Answering and monitoring tickets (Service Now) and solving facility/AV/technical issues or tickets.
Provide regular AV trainings to employees how to use the equipment.
Preparation of conference rooms for meetings (e.g.: arrangement, checking technical condition of furniture and AV equipment, checking air conditioning settings, checking signage in rooms).
Support any larger meetings/townhalls with AV/technology first level support and user experience.
Taking care of safety in the office area (tidying up cables, floor boxes, correct positioning of furniture, etc.).
Support of office rearrangement projects, additional renovation, building works and space maintenance.
Minor repairs, assistance with work of external companies.
Assisting the Facility Manager and Contract Manager with ongoing tasks and projects.
Requirements
Bachelors degree
1 year of relevant work experience in similar position
Experience in work with AV/printer/technical issues
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English,
Attention to detail and the ability to thoroughly analyze situations, make accurate decisions,
Distinctive problem-solving skills and critical thinking
