We are looking for talented, curious, and energetic Staff Site Reliability Engineers who embrace solving complex challenges on a global scale.  As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be an integral part of a cross-functional team inventing, designing, building, and testing software products that reach a truly global customer base. While supporting components of cutting-edge payment technology, you will get to see your efforts shaping the digital future of monetary transactions. 

• Supporting code and systems for internal scalability, security, and reusability,
• Collaborating cross-functionally to support systems and software solutions that help site reliability and performance for multiple technical offerings,
• Contributing to product quality improvements,
• Configuring and troubleshooting software applications, systems, databases, and associated devices,
• Monitoring and escalating application performance concerns that threaten application functionality.

• Energy and Experience: A growth mindset that is curious and passionate about technologies and enjoys challenging projects on a global scale.
• Customer Service: Customer support on merchant escalated issues specific to applications (e.g. increased latency, transactional issues, features not working as encouraged, etc.).
• Language Expertise: Expertise in one or more general development languages (e.g., Java, Python).
• Support: Experience supporting modern services and web applications on Linux and or Windows environments.
• Learner: Constant drive to learn new technologies such as Dev-ops platforms, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.
• Partnership: Experience collaborating with Product, Test, Dev-ops, and Agile/Scrum teams.
• Production Support: Working knowledge of production support processes such as incident/change/problem management, call triaging, and escalation procedures. Ability to develop and maintain automation tools to assist with engineering and production support tasks.
• Operating Systems: Knowledge of and ability to navigate Linux/Unix and Windows command line.
• Container Infrastructure: Experience with Kubernetes/Docker deployment, configuration, scaling and management of containerized applications.
• Bachelors degree in Math, Science, Engineering, or Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
