R&D System Engineer

Job Description

Introduce aAxle production launch at system level (complete eAxle: motor, inverter, reducer, park lock actuator) .
Lead the concepts of the System Engineering Methodology/ Development Plan at R&D department level.
Develop integration test scripts, track integration test effort and results and record test status, prepare requirements and validation reports.
Conduct qualification, verification, and validation tests, define corrective actions.
Resolving incidents, issues and providing bug fixes.
Develop the system accordingly to clients and A-Spice Engineering Methodology standards.
Support the project team member for system implementation and keep a critical eye regarding it.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience in System Engineering in automotive or industrial applications.
Proficiency in English and Polish.
An engineer’s or master’s degree.
Knowledge of modeling/simulation tools and requirement management tools.
Knowledge of functional analysis/control software based on Vector solutions ( CANoe, CANalyser).
A strong communicator and passionate about achieving the right solution for every customer.
Willingness to work with international teams.
Very good written and verbal communication skills.
