As a result of dynamic growth of our organization we are currently looking for candidates for the position of Quality Engineer.
Your responsibilities
Establish and implement Q&OpEx priorities and targets in cooperation with functional team members across all functions.
Create, implement and sustain quality standards, ensure compatibility of the product and processes with customer requirements, standards and other arrangements.
Assist with the creation, implementation and ensure conformance with, instructions, guidelines and procedures.
Perform system, process and products audits and other quality certifications.
Analyze quality issues, initiate and lead quality/L6S/cost out projects, define improvements and corrective actions.
Oversee supplier identification, on-boarding, qualification, evaluation, classification. Develop and support supplier to achieve ongoing conformance with the requirements and continual improvement in quality.
Your background
Preferred technical degree (Quality Management, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering).
At least 2-3 years of experience on similar position in production area.
Expertise in quality management methods, quality tools and measurements systems.
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methods and problem solving/root cause analysis.
Experience in ERP systems (SAP), knowledge of Power BI will be an asset.
Good knowledge of English- communication in an international environment, documentation in English.
Detail oriented, analytical skills.
Well organized/good organizational skills.
