In this exciting position, you will be responsible to independently steer and manage projects of all sizes and complexities. These will include such projects as conversions and refurbishments for office space, building services installations (in particular UPS and medium voltage range, heating, air conditioning and refrigeration) as well as the coordination of major moves/relocations.
The PM will be responsible for project preparation, involving the establishment of documents and calculation as well as the steering the tender process and awarding of services to Subcontractors. Leading the projects through the management project/client needs, subcontractors and on-site FM support is a major requirement which will be defined by quality assurance and excellent documentation skills. Finally, the commercial part of the project, both interims and final steps, involving critical proofing and eventual acceptance of services invoices as well as commercial reporting, will round off the qualities of the PM.
These will be your tasks:
- Close cooperation and coordination with customers regarding customer requirements ensuring customer satisfaction will play a major role in the day to day routine of our PM’s
- Bid calculations and preparation of bid documents
- Preparation of tender documents and awarding of services to subcontractors
- Organisation and management of project meetings with customers and subcontractors
- Operational site management and control of subcontractors on site incl. acceptance
- Invoicing of services, documentation and quality assurance
