About the role:

We are currently building self-governing teams in Poznan to support our customers in development of a new project within the financial services area. We are looking for Product Tech Manager.

Who are we looking for:

Extended professional experience with a combined background of product management and software engineering,
Agile related certification (PM, PO, SM, Etc,),
Ideal candidate should possess tech background (Java + Angular also with exp. in QA),
Proven ability to be a Product advocate; can describe the product, its value, how it works, how it is adopted, speak to upcoming changes and tailor the information to the audience,
Ability to prioritize competing needs and make decisions in ambiguous situations,
Previous experience and successful track-record of learning new tools and technologies,
Any kind of QA experience (the best with Selenium) is nice to have.
