Piping system design Engineer – Marine Industry
Location: Pruszcz Gdański
Job description
- Design pipe routing in 3D modeling software
- Generates detail drawings, Isometrics and pipe support details utilizing 3D modeling software
- Perform detail engineering and design of new piping installation on board ship
- Collaboration with designers from other disciplines
- Review drawings supplied by vendors
- Participation in design work aimed at new projects and improvement of current projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Naval engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of the shipbuilding industry and practical experience will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Class and Statutory regulations will be an advantage
- Knowledge of FORAN or/and CADMATIC will be an advantage
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office system
- Good knowledge of English language, both written and spoken
- Ability for teamwork and independence in solving tasks
