Responsible for taking care of hands and feet support for dedicated project in terms of Asset Allocation.
- Coordinating with network and server teams for troubleshooting issues.
- Allocation / recovery of Assets to the project associates.
- Preparing the Assets (Chromebooks / Mac / consumables) before allocation.
- Assisting project associates on configuration of the assets for first time login.
- Attending / troubleshooting issues related with the assets – hardware / software.
- Keeping and updating the asset inventory of the project assets.
- Closing Requests on the Service Now.
