About the role:
Currently, we are looking for a Lead Visual Designer with strong experience who will join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria.
- Gathering requirements and designing complete end-to-end user experiences that meet our needs and vision,
- Designing complex solutions for complete digital environments,
- Working closely with UX, UI and development teams to perform feasibility validation and providing design workarounds if needed,
- Following brand & design guidelines set by the customer,
- Testing the developed screens as per the signed off designs.
- Strong visual design skills,
- Good understanding of User Experience principles & methodologies,
- Expertise in Visual Design and software such as Figma & Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop,
- Good experience in color theory, UI element and understanding UI behaviours,
- Passionate about all UX areas and other areas of design and innovation,
- Ability to work in Agile environment,
- Fluency in English,
- Bachelors degree in visual design/visual communication/UI design/graphics.
