Currently we are looking for great talent to join us, for the position of:

 

Junior Technical Manager
Miejsce pracy: Przysucha
SCOPE OF DUTIES:
  • Design or modify mechanical engineering layouts/detailed drawings/specifications of moderate scope under general supervision
  • Design, implementation of customize mechanical tooling, fixturing and associated process to enable the handling, assembly/disassembly of parts, components, sub-assemblies & final assemblies
  • Coordinate the procurement and assembly of mechanical components/equipment and identify sources of critical parts and subsystems to resolve moderately complex technical issues
  • Troubleshoot a variety of mechanical problems of moderate difficulty under general supervision
  • Solving problems in straightforward situation, analyzes possible solutions using technical experiences and judgement or precedents
  • Implement continuous improvement concepts of product issues and mechanical solutions of moderate difficulties
  • Ensuring high efficiency of machines through proper preparation, changeover, adjustments, and participation in maintenance when required
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Tertiary education or a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Mechatronics, or related
  • Experience as a process engineer under production, minimum 3 years of experience (FMCG, tobacco, packaging, or paper industry)
  • Preferred exposure to similar or related industry such as tobacco, food and beverage (such as biscuits), or paper
  • Ability to independently diagnose and troubleshoot production machinery
  • Ability to create as well as read technical documentation and drawings
  • Willingness to learn
  • Good knowledge of 5s and kaizen principles
